NNEREN IDX Database

8/18/2005 12:01 PM EST - We are currently troubleshooting an issue with missing photos. Resolution is expected by 5 pm today.

6/3/2005 3:25 PM EST - We are currently troubleshooting a missing listings problem. Resolution is expected by the end of the day.

5/26/05 8:48 AM EST - No issues to report.

5/24/05 9:27 AM EST - Any issues customers experienced over the past week relating to missing and disappearing properties have been linked to changes NNEREN made. NNEREN removed EA (Exclusive Agency) and pending listings which were not set to "continue to show." All listings that seemed to disappear did so because of changes to NNEREN's system; at no time was Agentmaster's system behaving unpredicatably.

5/23/05 12:43 PM EST - Please make sure your listings are all "Exclusive Right." "Exclusive Agent" listings are not included in the IDX dataset as of May 13th. If after changing your listings to "Exclusive Right" in Ambiance they do not appear on your website within 6 hours, please email support@agentmaster.com with the MLS number of the properties in question.

5/23/05 6:49 AM EST - The NNNEREN IDX database administrator has informed us that NNEREN instructed them to remove properties with an exclusive value of "EA" and pending listings that are not set to "continue to show."

5/22/05 8:15 PM EST - NNEREN replied earlier today. They are investigating the problem.

5/22/05 3:07 PM EST - The NNEREN IDX database is still missing listings.

5/22/05 9:39 AM EST - The NNEREN IDX database is still missing lisings. We have not yet heard from NNEREN/QTI. At this point we are assuming they do not have off hours support. It is likely the database will not be fixed until normal business hours tomorrow (Monday).

5/21/05 6:41 PM EST - We have confirmed that the NNEREN database is missing some listings. We have alerted Quest Technologies and are awaiting a reply. All Prosite and MLSInside websites are missing listings. Control panels are also missing listings.

5/21/05 6:18 PM EST - We are now able to access the database sporadorically; we are attemping to update the NNEREN data.

5/21/05 2:15 PM EST - We have been unable to access the NNEREN database this afternoon. Some customers report that their listings are not available on their website. We have notified NNEREN and are waiting for a reply.

Mail Services

5/26/05 8:49 AM EST - We have completed the second phase of our spam and virus filtering installation. Please call 603-569-9494 immediately if you experience any difficulties with your email in the coming days.

5/24/05 9:00 AM EST - We are beginning to implement spam and virus filtering for select Prosite customers. Please notify us immediately by calling 603-569-9494 if you experience any problems with your email service over the next few days.

5/21/05 - Mail service is now functioning normally for all customers.

5/19/05 - Some customers reported not receiving any new email messages. Investigation revealed that one of our service providers misconfigured the DNS records for a handful of customer domains. The issue was corrected Thursday afternoon.

5/18/05 - Today at 3:30 PM EST we installed a spam filtering package. The installation failed and broke the mail delivery mechanism. We removed the software and restored functionality by 5:00 PM for most customers.

Websites

11/12/05 - Today while updating scripts some additional photos were deleted. This has caused broken links to appear on listing detail pages. We are currently working on the issue and expect to have it resolved by 3PM.

5/26/05 8:50 AM EST - No issues to report.

5/24/05 - Yesterday all customers sites experienced two short outages. We tracked the problem to a corrupt email binary. The binary has been replaced. We do not anticipate any further problems.

5/24/05 - The NNEREN missing properties issue has been resolved. NNEREN removed all EA and do not continue to show listings from the IDX data feed.

5/21/05 6:44 PM - Due to problems with the Quest/NNEREN IDX database NNEREN Prosite control panels are missing properties in the "Our Listings" section. More information about the data problem is above under the heading "NNEREN IDX Database."
