| Phone conversation... "It's really nice not having to sit in the office and wait for calls to come in, like I did at . I joke that now I sit in my living room and listen
for my email to beep. For me it's the freedom. I work the way I want, when I want. If it's a holiday and I decide to take the day off, I do. I am not tied to the office anymore. The freedom is great. And I'm busy now too, the amount of inquiries is appalling. In fact when I first met
with Michael Bean I didn't believe him about all the leads, but now I know, it's true! Now it's like, "How can I handle all these leads?" Yeah, I know not all will buy, but I know if I do the same good job I've done in the past it'll happen. The amount of leads are just huge...
when I left it was really quiet. Oops, hold on... (talking with someone, waiting 10 seconds) Sorry, I just had to give my kids some money for the go carts. See, that's what I mean, I love the freedom!"

Phone conversation... "The feedback from my customers and clients is amazing. They say they "love the website", they are actually effusive! They say it's "the best website", "user friendly", and on and on. As an agent,
well, I have 30 leads on my desk right now! I have never seen anything like this, I am almost overwhelmed. When I was at I'd get maybe 1 buyer call a month. Plus I was paying desk fees, and other fees. I was paying to work
for them.... it was a total waste of my time! Now, I am working 12 hours a day. It's unbelievable. I am flat out! I showed 15 properties this week, I am showing 8 condos this afternoon, and 6 waterfront listings on Monday. It's weird, all this and I haven't been with Bean Group for
long, maybe a month. I told Steve, I am never leaving Bean Group, never."

| Phone conversation... "I came from the high tech industry, which was why I joined Bean Group. The lead system is fair, and I definitely have enough to keep me busy. The website goes above and beyond what I expected, and it's easy.
Right now I am busy chasing leads. I have never been a REALTOR® before, but when I meet other agents and they ask "How's it going?" and I say I have 30 showings ahead of me, they look at me like I have three heads. And then they ask how many clients that translates into,
and its about 3 to 5. It's a good system. Bean Group is really ahead of the curve."

| Personal conversation... "For me Bean Group has really changed the way I work, and for the better. Finally, I can focus on real estate and being the best agent I can be. I don't have to worry about floor time, office meetings,
house tours or answering phones, mostly for other people. I honestly think that is an outmoded way of business. With Bean Group, the main benefits are; I can work from home, I get more and higher quality leads, and I have the time to give my clients the full attention they deserve.
I still witness a lot of team work and we all work well together. But now agents get to be agents, and not glorified receptionists. Working as a managing broker before I saw the agents having to juggle client appointments around meetings and floor time. That, to me, is backwards. The
client should be the top priority for an agent. At Bean Group I am busy and out on the road. Back when I started at Bean Group Michael [Bean] told me, "You're not going to believe how busy you'll be" and honestly I didn't believe him. I believe him now! Things are great. I
get to do what I love, which is real estate, without the distractions of a traditional office set-up. It has freed me, really, and I know my clients get better service."
