What is IDX?

In 2000 the National Association of Realtor's created a "reciprocal listing policy" called IDX (Internet Data Exchange) or Broker Reciprocity which authorizes MLS participants to post the listings of other participants on their personal websites.

IDX immediately increased the potential for Realtors® to market effectively on the Internet. Realtors® are now able to offer website visitors the local MLS.

What does Agentmaster do with IDX?
Agentmaster goes several steps beyond simply listing properties. We take IDX listings, make them easy to find and package them together intelligently with your name, your logo, your email and your phone number ON EVERY PROPERTY. We visually "lock the listings" inside your website. This creates a comfortable environment that allows visitors to easily find the property they came looking for while promoting you as the first contact. We abide by the strict MLS/IDX agreements while at the same time display properties effectively on your website so that you get increased web traffic, increased leads, increased sales, increased co-brokes, and ultimately increased income.

Customer Testimonial:

"At Curry Realtors we're delighted with the website Agentmaster built for us. We were able to immediately eliminate 95% of our site maintenance effort, while gaining a 1000% improvement in the site's appearance and functionality. From the day we went live we started getting inquiries on MLS properties that we had previously been missing. Feedback from customers and clients has been very positive. And the guys at Agentmaster have been great to work with. I recommend them highly."
